Directions for Use and Contraindications

Directions for use: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) is recommended once or twice daily before meals and before bedtime. For optimal absorption, hold the colloid in the mouth for 3–4 minutes and then drink 200 ml of Living Water.

Contraindications: Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to consult their healthcare provider before use. Do not use in cases of individual intolerance to the product.
