Tonsillitis, acute chronic tonsillitis
For three days, gargle with warm MOLISAN 5–6 times a day before meals and always after meals. Rinsing the nose and throat with MOLISAN is also helpful: pour it into your palm and draw it in through the nose. The solution temperature should be 37° - 40°. If rinsing the nose causes stinging of the mucous membrane, MOLISAN can be diluted slightly with hot boiled water.
25–30 minutes after each rinse, drink 100–200 ml of clean, good-quality water or
Living water. In addition, the tonsils should be rinsed with warm MOLISAN. A medical syringe without a needle is convenient for this. Bear in mind that MOLISAN is a herbal remedy that requires intensive use.
From the first day of the illness, take 1 teaspoon of silver nanocolloid orally 3–5 times a day as a natural antibiotic. Hold 5 ml of Nano Silver under the tongue for 10 minutes until the mouth fills completely with saliva, then swallow and drink 100–200 g of Living Water.
The temperature should fall on the first day; the illness is expected to clear in 2–3 days, in some cases by the next day.
Flu, acute viral infection
On the first day, not eating is recommended: the body should direct its energy towards fighting viruses rather than spend it on digesting food. Periodically, 6–8 times a day, rinse the nose and mouth and gargle with warm MOLISAN. When coughing, take a small sip of warmed MOLISAN.
Flu clears in 1–2 days, and its manifestations also become milder.
Cough
For coughs and a runny nose, inhalation with MOLISAN using a nebuliser is quite effective. However, parents should remember that moistening dried mucus can make it swell. The younger the child, the greater the risk. Inhalation is also contraindicated in grade-three respiratory failure, nosebleeds or a tendency to bleed, cardiac arrhythmia and heart failure, and when the patient’s temperature is above 37.5°.
Adults can use a nebuliser for mild respiratory infections: rhinitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis and laryngitis. An inhaler is also effective for croup.
Runny nose
Rinse the nasal cavity with MOLISAN 2–3 times, drawing the solution in gradually. For children, instil MOLISAN 15–20 minutes before feeding. First put 1–2 drops into each nostril, then another 1–2 drops after 10 minutes to loosen the thicker mucus located deeper inside. You can then repeat at 2-hour intervals. When instilling the solution, the child should not raise their head: the drops should not be absorbed into the body or enter the oesophagus, but should only clean the nostrils and flow out with the mucus.
Earache
For earache, gently rinse the ear with warm MOLISAN and dry any remaining liquid with cotton wool. Apply a cloth soaked in warm MOLISAN and keep it warm. Wipe away discharge and pus with cotton wool moistened with MOLISAN. Consult a doctor if complications occur. Avoid getting cold, do not blow your nose, and treat the runny nose.
How do you warm MOLISAN? MOLISAN for rinsing should be sufficiently hot 37° - 40°. MOLISAN can be warmed by pouring it into a cup and placing the cup in hot water. Bear in mind that warmed MOLISAN soon loses its properties and cannot be stored. Heat only the amount needed for the procedures.
